Holiday Inn needed a corporate event planning guide to help customers plan events from the smallest business meeting to extravagent wedding receptions with elaborate menus. Xpan developed an interactive CD that is integrated with Holiday Inn's web site. Users can go through virtual tours of rooms, view possible menus or they can answer some basic event questions and have the application do the work for them. Once they choose the facility, menu and date, they can submit their booking directly through Holiday Inn's corporate web site.
