Calgary Transit and The City of Calgary awarded Xpan a contract to develop a Training Program for the Electro Vehicle Mechanics for the Light Rail Train sytem. This blended training program uses a Computer Based Training environment as well as a structured on-the-job training curriculum.
This system streamlined the training of new hires by 63% taking training from 2 years down to 9 months.
