Through our alliance with Bombardier, Xpan has been busy building online courses for Toronto's Go Transit, New Jersey Transit, and LA's Metrolink. Courses such as Contractor Orientation for Go Transit's Willowbrook location and Wheel Inspection for New Jersey Transit are now being used by new hires and current employees.
Bombardier has adopted Xpan's Learning Management System to host, manage and deploy the courses, giving clients the tools they need for effective workforce development. The ROI for clients is improved vehicle reliability, increased fleet availability, and a far better use of available resources. The payback results with training effort cut in half.
