Alberta Credit Union - Agent4Change
By harnessing the passion and knowledge of youth, we can change the world. But how? Alberta Credit Unions developed a program youth can rally behind and it's about making a difference.
Agent4Change is a community action-based, youth-focused initiative, aimed at raising awareness of credit unions and pooling credit union community investment resources to achieve higher impact and visibility. To meet this objective, Xpan developed a web-based contest for Alberta’s young adults (between the ages of 18 - 24). Creative was produced by Lure Design.
Young adults are challenged to develop a video highlighting a cause in their community that requires change. The winner will be connected with various experts on his or her issue to learn more about it, be paid $20,000 in consulting fees, serve as a youth advisor to the credit unions’ steering committee and receive a few tools of the trade, including a lap top computer.
