You’re main role will be new business development. This is built on Xpan’s reputation as a 18-year leader in developing engaging digital solutions for a wide array of large organizations. You are a self-starter and hopefully have industry knowledge. You will build positive professional relationships and be the first client touch-point, connecting the dots and leading Xpan into new business. Your duties will include:


  • A minimum of five years B2B outside sales experience
  • Tech-savvy with a high degree of digital literacy
  • Dynamic individual who is able to establish rapport with others
  • Held in high regard with stellar reputation
  • Passionate about delivering customer service
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Must be able to travel as required for the role
  • Knowledge and experience in industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, public speaking, technical presentation delivery)
  • Excellent computer skills

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generation of proposals and direct sales contact with client
  • Prospecting, developing and meeting specific and measurable sales goals,
  • Manage and maintain accurate client account information
  • Development and implementation of strategic sales plans
  • Daily reporting and maintaining customer satisfaction.
